User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI have been using this currency exchange for a variety of purposes over a period of ten years or so. The employees have been courteous and efficient. Sometimes the line has been a bit long, but otherwise I am completely satisfied with this currency exchange.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Service: Everytime I go to this currency I have nothing but great, courteous and efficient service. The people are nice and knowledgable. The place itself is clean and pleasant.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will never visit this currency again.: I attempted to cash a $25.00 moneygram that my mother-in-law sent to my 11 year old son. She initially said he neeed a dl# to cash it. I told her he was 11 and didn't have one. They asked for my social security number, my driver's license and the cashier said that they had to take a picture of me. When I didn't want to give my ss#, she said she wouldn't cash it. The manager intervened and told her I didn't have to provide it. It took her 20 minutes to key my DL info into the computer and actually give me the $23.75 after the fee. The service is horrible. After she saw that I was really frustrated with the process for such a small amount of money, she joked that she would need my fingerprints as well. Awful...Awful service....If I could give 0 stars I would.
