Dave Demma (GM), John D (Finance), and Gerald Griffin (Salesman) went above and beyond to help my wife and I get a beautiful 2007 Honda Civic LX.
We were in desperate need of a car and these 3 guys really bent over backwards, went out of there way, and did everything they knew to do to help us get this car. We are so grateful to have come across this dealership. Ed Napleton and these three gentlemen really did it right when it comes to car sales. (We've had some awful experiences at other dealerships) We can honestly recommend them to anyone and will for sure be back when it comes time to buy a new car.
I emailed in for a quote and I got a great price really fast from their internet department. They called and followed up with me. Karen was really professional. She had me come in and I worked with Gerald Griffin and Mario the manager. I got no hassle and was out with my car in less then 2 hours. I must say I was very pleased with my Honda experience.I give them 5 stars.
THIS PLACE IS A ZERO. WHAT A SCAM THEY RUN! TALKED ME INTO HAVING THE TIMING BELT CHANGED AT 70,000 MILES WITH SCARE TACTICS "WE GOT THREE OR FOUR OUT BACK WITH THE ENGINES FROZE UP BECAUSE THEY WAITED TOO LONG TO HAVE THE TIMING BELT CHANGED!". COST ME OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS. AFTER I GOT HOME I CHECKED THE OWNERS MANUAL AND HONDA RECOMMENDS CHANGING IT AT 105,000 MILES. NICE. THE SERVICE GUY TRIED TO TALK ME INTO SOME BS AIR FILTER FOR THE VENTILATION SYSTEM ($100+). TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN I PICKED THE CAR UP IT HAD A BUNCH OF SCRATCHES ON THE TRUNK THAT LOOKED LIKE IT CAME FROM USING A BUFFER ON IT. THEY DENIED DOING IT, BUT THE SCRATCHES WEREN'T THERE WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN.
LATER I PUT A NEW BATTERY IN THE CAR. THE RADIO WOULDN'T WORK WITHOUT THE SECURITY CODE. I AM THE SECOND OWNER OF THE CAR AND DID NOT HAVE THE CARD WITH THE SECURITY CODE. I CALLED NAPLETON'S AND THEY TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE SERIAL # OF THE RADIO(IN ORDER TO OBTAIN SECURITY CODE FROM HONDA) WOULD BE TO PULL THE RADIO OUT. GEEZ! I CALLED HONDA AND GAVE 'EM MY VIN # AND THEY GAVE ME THE SECURIY CODE. NAPLETON'S CREW WILL DO ANY UNNEEDED WORK TO MAKE A BUCK AND SCREW OVER UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AS WELL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER THAT WON'T LIE TO YOU AND TRY TO CHEAT YOU.
