User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI just moved here from California and have a BMW. I needed to get service done on it to get it ready for winter driving. I also had a minor brake issue that was pointing to new rotors, which are almost $200 a piece. I was expecting to pay anywhere from $500 to $700 bucks. Come to find out I still had a warranty on the car that covers the rotors. i also got my car ready for winter driving by the service team for ONLY $50 deductable. I even got a loner car for 2 days at NO CHARGE. The service was great, my service advisor did a great job, very professional & he stayed in touch with me. Haveing a high end car you would think it would cost you but if there is a story here, its GET the extended warrenty on your car its worth it! So hats off to this dealer, I will be back.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsBMWOP is is not focused on customer service only the customers MONEY!!! This is the most expensive dealership in the metropolitan area. I did a comparison on basic services such as brakes and oil change and BMWOP was at least 27% more expensive. Overall ther actual "service" provided was average or on par with luxury dealerships. Not outstanding and certainly not worth the extra money.
