User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsservice center sucks. brought ny truck in for service, had engine light on as well as check oil light. Left my truck for 5 days only call i recieved was to pick up my truck on the 5th day. I was told i needed other services in order for the ligts to go off, this service was not offered while my truck was in the shop and when asked if i could get my oil change was told i had over 5 cars ahead of me and maybe bring it back when i get the other needed service work done. I should have been notified if servicer knew the problem would not be fixed with the service rendered me. also recieved unsatisfactory service from manager aswell as part owner. Seems to me they wanted to charge me more labor charges or something, i felt so beat out even though my insurance paid for my service. Maybe they didn't think i could afford to pay for services needed being of color. STAY AWAY FROM WEBB SERVICE IN OAKLAWN.

Went to dealer and we could not agree on price. Left dealer and about an hour later called back with counter offer. Saleman called me back and said ok to offer. This was on a friday. Since my truck that I was trading in is my work vehicle I said I would be in Monday. Got my bank check for agreed upon amount. Called salesman to tell him I was running behind that I had my check for 30,000 for truck. He said to me that the truck was 32,500 now, after we agreed on the price. Also when I was there orginally he said that they didnot want plow. The sales manager was very unprofessional and they are all a bunch of liars there. I would not recomend that dealership to my worst enemy. I am glad I called because if I would have made a 1 and 1/2 drive and found them trying to screw me over I probably would be in Cook County jail right now.
