What ever you do don't go to Sutton Isuzu auto mall in Matteson, IL, I was told a complete lie by a lady name Candace who supposidely work with the finance office. I filled out an online application, within minutes received a call from Candace stating that I was approved for $15000 at 12.5% interest rate. I was extremely excited.I called the dealership several times to make sure that once I arrived I would not be taken on a wild goose chase, they more than assured me that this would not happen, owe what a lie. I told her that I would come to the auto mall, she said ask for her when I arrived, she would be working until 9:00PM. When I arrived at about 7:00 PM, Candace was purposely no where to be found. I was scammed. She lured me into the dealership with misleading information. I met with a dealer who ran my credit, which I thought was strange because I was already approved as stated by Candace. I met with a dealer he stated that I would have to put $2500 down at 25% interest rate or a co-signer. I was totally floored I had wasted my time, I had told Candace that I wanted a car in the $7000 price range she said it would be no problem and I would not have to put a down payment down because I was staying under the $15000 range. It was a complete lie. When I ask the dealer why would they lie to me as she did, he stated " I don't know why they do that to people". I will definitely seek legal advice because this is happening to often and something needs to be done.
