Good prices but poor service and attitude. I received inaccurate statements from sales rep and unwillingness to substantiate several claims. Low prices are nice but without a service orientation, the value is lost. Nobody's perfect, but these guys are not willing to admit they make some mistakes. I made a purchase online, paid online and recieved confirmation. When I asked about shipment status a week later things turned ugly. They said they didn't get my payment, but they sent a payment confirmation. As a result I am now looking for alternative presents for my son's birthday because they failed to provide service.

Great place to shop: I found the lowest price on Tour Edge HP3 full set any where on the web at Budget Golf. However, they only had standard + 1" shaft length, as HP3 was being phased out.

Todd at Budget Golf offered to cut the shaft down to the standard length and re-grip using the original grip - for *no* extra cost. I was not sure about two things. 1) Can he cut it to the correct length? A bit long is OK, but a bit short is not. 2) He said he could remove the original grip without damaging it, and put it back on after cutting the shat. He said I would not be able to tell the difference, had he not told me.

I ordered the set, and quickly got worried about concern #(2).

The set arrived exactly on the date he said it would. I found the HP3 factory-set standard shaft length at the Tour Edge official web site. I measured each club's shaft length, and it was *precisely* the factory-set standard length. Grips looked exactly like factory installed. I examined them closely. Indeed, no one would be able to tell if they had been removed and re-installed. No damage. No unnatural fit. I was quite surprised and impressed.

I was also impressed by their prompt and courteous response. Very professional and friendly. I am throughly happy and impressed. Shop with confidence at Budget Golf.
