I don't trust these guys. they gave me different prices for the same work. i needed a simple thing, a new key. one guy told me 145.00, then ;later i called and another guy told me 115.00. i called a differnt nissan dealer in the area and they told me 80.00. i will never bring my car to kelly nissan. it seems like they just pull any number out of there ass.

Buyer beware! Gave them a check, they were supposed to add Nissan accessories by the next day. They tried to hire a third party to install non-OEM parts on the vehicle I already paid for, when we were very clear during negotiations about the parts to be used and who was to install them, and even had it in writing. They proceeded to call me a liar, and accused me of trying to get more than I paid for. Avoid them at all costs. They may give a great price, but don't trust them at all.

Comming Back Again: I'm hoping to have a similar experience as the last time I bought a car from this dealreship (1998). I worked with a salesman by the name of Laird and he was a blessing. I contacted them and although he left for a couple of months he came back and is still there. that must say something for the workplace and employee commitment. The service was good and I am comming back for a new vehicle in hopes of receiving the same excellence in service.
