This is the best pizza I have ever eaten. I can't answer for the other food, but if it is as good as the pizza, it must be great!

the service at palermos is terrible. I called at 11:15 for delivery and there website says it stops delivery at 11:30 and when i called i was put on hold I decided to wait because i love there pizza so much but when nobody answered after 20 minutes i knew they were not going to answer because they wanted to go home. This no way to treat your hungry customers in an economy this bad and especially in an area where pizza places are a dime a dozen. So I called Grassanos and they were happy to take my order. So if your thinking about eating at palermos good luck because they obviously dont care about there customers or making money for that matter

Wow, someone's holding a grudge! Are you sure they stop "TAKING DELIVERY ORDERS" at 11:30? Maybe they stop "DELIVERING" at 11:30. It usually takes an hour for a pizza order to be delivered - if they stop delivering at 11:30, you should call by 10:30 at the latest.

my dad works at Palermo's and the times are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday : 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM Friday and Saturday:11:00 AM to 11:30 PM and Sunday : 1:30 AM to 10:00 PM I'm guessing you were calling on Friday or Saturday and it says on the website that the last orders are taken 30 minutes before closing which would be at 11:00 P.M is you were calling on Friday or Saturday
