    I ate there 2 times and found hair in my food, both times. 2 of the managers, Kim and David are rude and you seem to feel like you are bothering them to voice your concerns. Subway is better than this place. I would not recommend it. Poor food, poor service.

    Good Concept losing its edge: Lettuce Entertain You always has the most interesting restaurants when they're a new concept. This one got old, but serves a mean reuben.

    Good "Cafe" :-): This is a comfortable restaurant with decent food. You order the food, which is typical cafe sort (sandwiches, salad, some pasta (I believe), dessert, etc). You order your food, get a number and it's brought to your table.

    Good comfortable place to eat.
