DO NOT SHOP HERE!! OVER PRICED!! GO TO MATTESON LOCATION INSTEAD!! I just recently bought a radiator from this orland park location for $130. When the Matteson location was selling the exact same radiator with the same product # for $99. When I called and asked what the difference was, I was told they were different counties, which they are not. The Matteson and Orland stores are both cook county. Even so that would only affect the taxes, not the base price of the product. When I enquired about a price adjustment, they told me unfortunately there was nothing they could do for me and suggested I take the one I had, return it to their store and then go to Matteson and purchase another one. Beyond overcharging their customers, the employees had no knowledge of the products they were selling. And when I originally came in to purchase the radiator, there was a group of employees chatting away at the counter and the kid comes out, hands me a giant box and tells ME to bring it to the front! Never offered to help a 110 lb girl carry this large, cumbersome box! I eventually went and got a price adjustment at the Matteson location, no questions asked. Needless to say, I will never return to the Orland Park location and I will be sure to tell everyone I know the same!

I called this place to find out about having my shocks replaced. It was Christmas week so he said he wouldn't be able to get them until later in the week. So I asked if I need to come in and pre-pay and/or pre-order them. He said if I bring it in next week they will be able to get the shocks and replace them the same day. So I showed up the following week. They said they didn't have the shocks in stock, no other stores had the shocks, and I would have to go back to parts and special order them and he didn't know how long it would take. I was frustrated. I had lined up a coworker for a ride, who adjusted his schedule to pick me up. I just left. I'm going to find another place to have my shocks replaced.
