User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had my oil changed on a Saturday,got a mile away and all the oil leaked out of my car.The mechanic brought me some oil and we made it back to the shop.2hours later i got my car back,they said it was a bad filter.On monday I pulled out of my garage to go to work and all the oil leaked out by the time I got to the end of my driveway.After 20 phone calls and nothing but the runaround from the manager,They towed my car and fixed it 3 days later I got my car back,the manager gave me a free car wash and oil change.
What an insult,what about all the oil in my garage and down my driveway and 3 days without a car?
I would not let them air up a tire on my car let alone change my oil again.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever again: I went to blue marlin for a carwash and everything was fine up until the point I inspected my car. I found several scratches on the side of my car that were not there before the wash (I frequently check my car after parking it in a lot or otherwise) First I let the cashier know about the problem and she told me to talk to somebody else (she was basically clueless) So I went and spoke with one of the few english speaking men that work there. He told me "tough" and that they were probably there before the wash. Next I spoke with a manager and he basically told me the same thing. I would NEVER do business with blue marlin ever again!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsexcellent service: The service here is excellent, employees helpful and efficient.I will certainly return for my next oil change and detailing. The bathrooms were very clean and the whole experience was great. The prices are lower than other places I checked, especially the gas prices and car wash prices.
