User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI HAVE BEEN A CUTOMER OF LUIGI'S SINCE THEY OPENED. WE GO ABOUT 5 OR 6 TIMES PER YEAR WITH PARTIES FROM 2 TO 12.
OVER THE YEARS THE SERVICE PERSONNEL HAS CHANGED BUT WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE. FOOD AND DECOR ARE OUTSTANDING. I WOULD RATE THIS RESTAURANT A 10.

Food is good, but it's also expensive.
You would think they would screen and hire more professional staff for the amounts they are charging for meals.-

Terrible Service. We were seated in the bar area and waitress served EVERYONE around us drinks and bread and completely ignored us. We ordered two very expensive meals and were treated terribly. With so many restuarants around Naperville, visit Braconis or one of the other fine restaurants and avoid this place.

Yeah I agree the waiters were not very attentive. What I do usually is just start making eye contact and wave at them. If your waiter doesn't see you, another one would. Give it another shot. My finicky husband raves about the food, which is amazing.
