I would rate Prairie Cleaners with zero stars if I could. They lost the pants to my suit one week ago and still have not made restitution. The owner keeps implying that they may not have received the pants, but they are clearly listed on the receipt. One of the employees changed their paperwork AFTER they lost the pants. Prairie Cleaners claims they noticed that my pants were missing soon after they took the order, but they did not call to confirm this.
I was surprised when I went to pick up my suit. I had a five-hour drive to my Dad's funeral ahead of me and did not need this. Why didn't they call immediately when they spotted the issue? I'm sure if it had been an honest mistake, they would have called.
There are plenty of other cleaners. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!-
