I held my daughters Wedding and reception at the Holiday Inn in Tinley Park and could not have asked for a more accommodating and caring staff. From the start they were wonderful. They were able to meet every request and need we had from the way chairs were set up for the ceremony all the way down to the food and drinks- And the Wedding Cake ( shaped like a tree trunk) was beyond our expectations. We had a wonderful experience and will always consider this venue for any future events we may have.

We recently stayed at this Hotel. We paid $140.00 a night for 2 nights. Room #637 a king smoking room, was a disappointment. The toilet was leaking & the bathroom floor was covered with a black film. It was a mess. I laid towels down to soak up the water. We told the front desk. Also the curtains were falling down, and we only had decaf coffee in the room. Saturday while we were out someone looked at the toilet but, the floor was never cleaned up. The towels were black from the water on the floor. We complained to the front desk on check out. I wanted a refund----All we were offered was breakfast. We declined I didn't want to eat THERE! Very unhappy won't go to a Holiday Inn again.
