User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a car from this dealership a year ago that apparently had repaired paint damage that did not start to show until recently. I brought the car in to have it covered under warranty but was denied. The dealership fails to take responsibility for their mistakes and failures. My AC system has also failed and my vehicle only has 19,000 miles on the odometer and they want to charge me over 100 dollars for a diagnostic of a part that costs 160 shipped, I might as well just buy the part instead. Stay away from this dealership, very shady service and people. I've owned 4 Honda's before this one. It's sad to see how quality control at Honda and its dealerships have sunk; this will be my last Honda.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI bought my 2007 Honda Civic from Chuck back in the early Spring. The service was phenominal. The guest waiting area and play room for the kids was a very nice addition. Not to mention the ability to work while waiting with fresh Starbucks coffee. I was in and out of the dealer in about 4 hours with not much strain. The finance office was very informed and answered every question correctly. I work in finance for a living and the staff on this Saturday knew what they were talking about. Alot of other dealerships had new clue...and I did stop by a few before going to Valley. Nice Job. I'll be back!
