We had our baby shower at Isabella early Nov 2010, and everything was perfect. There were so many thoughtful details, from the menu to the table setup and the staff’s anticipation of all of our needs. The room is very cozy; table arrangement was done nicely to encourage the guests to socialize. A gift table was provided with a pretty Jacquard fabric floor length tablecloth (great spot to hide our extra decorations and party prizes!). The owners create a relaxed atmosphere and really enjoy working with you to make your party special. After reviewing the guest list, we wanted to offer wine as an additional choice to the list of included beverages (soft drinks, iced tea, coffee) so we went through the wine list, got some great wine recommendations, also made one of our own picks for bottle service. The presentation of the wines to our guests during the luncheon was very gracious and made everyone feel comfortable. Though the entire event the service was incredible: warm and professional and very attentive. The menus are individualized for your party with every attention to detail. Before the start of the shower we were given a copy of a personalized event menu with our choices listed for our review, minutes after our approval copies printed on lovely paper were placed near each setting. Isabella’s offers so many choices for the shower menu entrées; it was difficult to choose just three. The three options we chose (grilled salmon, rigatoni and stuffed chicken breast) were all exceptional. We also chose the full range of shower appetizer options for our guests to choose from, each one ordered was excellent. Cookies are made in the shape of your choice just for your party and are served with each guest’s choice of sorbetto or gelato. We also brought a cake, which was plated and served. Before cutting the cake the servers unboxed the cake and set it out for our guests to see and take photos- such a nice detail and so considerate. Everything was served hot and fresh and guests were served at once, no one waited for their dish. The salmon was cooked perfectly, as were the vegetables. Not a simple feat when you are individually serving each guest at a large party. The sorbetto or gelato was served with our cake and the timing of the dessert service and coffee with the opening of the gifts was flawless. Our guests were made comfortable, were very impressed with the food and the service, and everyone really enjoyed the party. We are so glad we chose Isabella’s to hold our shower, many thanks to the staff for making our visit a beautiful celebration with our friends and family.

I love going to Isabellas. Especially now when the weather is getting cooler because it is so nice and cozy inside. I love their soups, which are all homemade and delicious. And for dessert ( which are all homemade also) you have to try the Pumpkin Tiramisu. WOW!!! ( Think it is available in the fall only. )The staff is friendly, the place is cute and you will have a nice time. Give it a try.....
