User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy girlfriend really enjoys going to spa's had never been to spa Constantine before purchased the "Goddess Package" for her.It was 6 hours long,she had the works massage,facial,body treatment manicure and pedicure also included lunch for her.She as been to many spas in the Chicago area and she was really impressed with the service's loved the decor of the spa.The only downfall is located on the second level and we could not find it right however no big deal.She will definitely return and wants me to have a spa day with her.I am so glad she enjoyed it as I do not know much about spas.

I brought seven people to the spa for a birthday party for a friend. We had pre-arranged different services and the person at the front desk told my friend that she had already paid for a manicure. She had not paid for it. The person at the front desk did not understand how I had set everything up, so I called the manager to talk about that issue, as well as another issue we had the day of the event. The Manager told me she didn't have time to talk to me she was too busy and didn't even take time to listen to me.
I would highly caution anyone who is trying to plan a group outing to go there. Their receptionist are not that bright and obviously the Manager cares nothing about the customer. -

Awesome spa,I loved it! My husband purchased a Spa Package for me for Christmas.I made a reservation for this past week.Once upsatirs I was impressed with the Old world like decor,very preety and relaxing colors.I was offered tea or coffee,I chose the tea to warm me up.My services started with the massage with Vanda.As she started the massage,I could tell she really know what she was doing.I asked her to do a deep tissue massage and focus on my back as it hurts me.She discovered the knots and tension immediatley.She worked on that,it did hurt a little the next day,Today I feel great! She recommended to me to come in every 2 weeks to work on the back area,which I will definitley do.My pedicure and manicure were with Illona,she has a great touch and is very thorough.She was able to remove all the dry skin from my feet,shape my nails beautifully and apply this beautiful nail polish which still looks perfect.The lotion that was used made my hands feel baby soft.Before I left I pre booked my appointment with Vanda in two weeks.My husband picked me up and we had a wonderful lunch.Thanks Spa Constantine and my hubby for a great day!!

Wendy, Victoria,our receptionist,Anastasia ,the Manager and iI the spa director have all contacted you.Your information is unture.We all have repeatedley explained to you that that your package included the purchase of 4 massages wiht 1 free and 4 manicures and pedicures and 1 of each free.Your party received 6 massages,5 pedicures and 3 manicures.The 6th massage needed to be paid for.You have two manicuress left in your package.One of your guests did use a manicure in your package,if she needed to pay you for it,that is between you and her ,not us as you are the owner of the packages.
