    My experience at the Wellness Center has helped me achieve my fitness goals. After my first workout in November 1999 my weight was 230 lbs. After my work out on 09 October my wight was 152 lbs. During this period my resting heart rate has decreased and my blood pressure has steadily decreased keeping me off of blood pressure medication.

    The best place I could have been: When I went in to Good Sam just before Labor day I was dying and didn't know it. They had the most caring, intelligent staff of doctors and nurses that I have ever seen. I would go back there in a heart beat- they are still taking great care of me so that I do not have to go back there again.

    ob/nicu: In July 02, my water broke. I went to the hospital and was mistakenly sent home. My fluid was dangerously low the next day and I was induced. My labor nurse was fantastic! My anethesiologist was a blessing! My doctor was a moron and my daughter spent 5 days in the NICU! The NICU and post partum staff were great! However, I am unable to even walk into the lobby of this hospital without tearing up! Good as the staff was to me...I will not go back~
