Just purchased a brand new 2009 Altima a week ago and I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have gone to several dealers shopping "the competition", Toyota, Honda, GM, and narrowed it done to the Altima. I then shopped other Nissan dealers and was most impressed with Bill Kay because they cared about my business and my salesman Steve was extremely well versed on his product. Since I purchased the vehicle Steve has called to make sure all my questions were answered. He even scheduled a follow up first service appointment. I have to say I think it is important to tell people the good things not just the bad. I am glad I ran into Steve and will be sending him anyone I know who might be interested in a car!
The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Buying the car, every courtesy was shown. Servicing the extended warranty that I purchased at their encouragement and nothing
was actually covered. Add to that the absolute indifference and attitude of the customer service people who act as if you are a bothersome idiot, and the fact that no remedy to my service concerns was met and I mean it, this place is the worst place to buy a car. Beware!
I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan from Bill Kays in Downers Grove... Dealt with Chris S. in sales he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The deal was pretty straightfroward and it didn't take 3 years to negotiate it. Manager Nick was kinda strange kept saying 'do you follow?' but he was nice too. I'm enjoying my Titan and will def go back to bill kay when I need another car.
