The BEST customer service ever! the people there are very nice and helpful and will drop whatever it is that they are doing in order to help you. This one girl spent 15 mins helping me look for an Aaliyah CD and even gave me the website to order one when they didn't have it.

Fry's is great...if you want to be over-sold on a system that does more than you need. And as for Micro, I used to shop there until I discovered that I knew more about computers than the person selling them. They couldn't even answer the basic questions I had.
