We have had enough of the office staff at Prime Care! Our experience with the office staff has been horrific. The billing clerk is an overbearing monger that has miss billed our insurance on more than one occasion and now the office refuses to release our medical records to our new physican. The doctors are competent but the staff has a lot to be desired. If you have a choice as all of us do I would highly recomend making a diferent choice of medical care.
I, too, really enjoyed having Dr. Stults as my physician. She was very caring and really listened, never rushed. She was also the Dr. for my husband and kids. I was told by a well-informed person that she was forced to leave due to being unable to negotiate a fair contract, and she was contractually prevented from staying in the area, which was her desire. I really hate the thought of having to find a new doctor. I agree that Dr. Rivera is also quite good.
Dr. Stults returned to Michigan per Dr. TZ-- the top dog there. A new lady just out of residency started on Friday April 10. I know both since my daughter had an appt yesterday.
Dr. Rivera left to go to Delnor--- actually sT. Charles family Practice. He starts on the 16th.
Dr. Stults was not dead on when diagnosing my daughter. She told me not to worry about it. Came back 2 days later and ended up taking daughter to hospital. Other than that she is fine, but not the greatest.
Dr. Rivera is much more understanding and takes all the time in the world for you.

If this is true, shame on Copley for letting a good doctor get away. I have to believe that her leave was abrupt, due to the fact that no letter was sent out to her patients. My baby & I were patients of Dr. Stults... I now found a pediatrician I will be taking my baby, but when I called to transfer her records, I was told it would cost me $20. Seems almost criminal for a 6 months old records. Now I have to find another doctor for me, I really hate doctor searches.
My understanding from talking with a few of Dr. Stultz and Dr. Riveras patients is that they left because they were not making enough money, so they decided to ditch they're patients and continue on future opportunities.
I understand that Stultz left because of wanting more money. I have stayed on as a new patient and have seen the new doctor, she is very nice and I really like her.
Dr. Stultz was awsome and a true healer. It shmefull that the greed of PrimeCare to not pay a fair wage to the good doctors that it had. As usuall big buisness has prevailed and the hard working dorctor with a large client list are the ones suffering. The new Docor is "very nice" but in my book you can not substitute experience. Shame Shame Shame on Prime care, it down't apper that the Doctor "ditched" us she was a victem of a coporate greed.
