User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy car needed some brake work and i was quoted over $800.00 to repair the brakes by a chain place that advertised a $90.00 brake job. I didn't believe them so i took my car to Last Chance Automotive in the naperville plainfield bolingbrook areas. The service manager at Last Chance quoted me $450.00 to do the brake job, Corry even showed me what needed to be done and told me why. The brake pads came with a lifetime warranty and the rest of the work had a 12 month 12000 mile warranty. I now have about 5000 miles on the brakes and haven't had any problems.Thank you Last Chance for the excelent service and the time you spent talking to me so I could understand what needed to be done.The BEST in naperville !!!!

On a road trip, we inadvertantly struck, or were struck by, a deer. It did a lot of damage. I had never been here before, but my insurance company referred us here. They did a great job. You know how sometimes after an accident, the car never seems the same. That wasn't the case here. The folks fixed our car up as good as new. What a relief and what a comfort to know where to go. The BEST in naperville plainfield bolingbrook area!!!

I have received very competent, honest work from Last Chance auto repair. The Naperville Mercedes dealer quoted $400+ of work that was "needed": new brake pads, resurface, rotors, etc. The Last Chance repair inspection showed that I had 15K-25K more miles left on the current pads. Last Chance measured the pads, showed me the specs - in short, provided good, honest recommendations. No charge. Months later, when last chance car truck repair did the work for me - they were more than $100 cheaper than the dealer.Last Chance has earned my trust ... and my follow-on business....Thanks guys!!!!!
