The vehicle was being shipped in from Michigan, I had to put down $500 for the shipment, and was told delivery would be on Monday. My fiance and I took off work, only to be called at 2 pm on Monday and told that the vehicle wouldn't be their till Wednesday because they never got the checks ready for the other dealership. I canceled my purchase then. I had my credit card company dispute the $500 deposit for the shipping and still have yet to receive that money back. When I called them on March 13 for a copy of the contract I signed, they said they would fax it right over. When I called back today to see where the fax was, I was told they weren't going to fax it and was hung up on TWICE, by Mike the Manager of Sales, the Finance Manager, whatever corporate name he is going by now. Needless to say, lawyers are now being involved, and all over $500. It has now come to the principal of the matter. To be hung up on when trying to receive a document that they have to legally provide you is just ridiculous!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI do not recommend this dealership at all. DO NOT GO HERE! The people are rude, the finance person definately is a swindler. They won't even give you the price of the car! All we asked was how much the car was for, and they wouldn't give us a straight answer.

I know how you feel. Never will i deal with them again. Im glad they ruined it for me befor i had purchased.
