Maybe the service department is good, but I never got to that point. I communicated with their "Internet Sales Department" via email. Gave them full details as to what vehicle I was interested in and all the details about my trade-in vehicle. Made an appointment. Showed up and it was 15 minutes before anyone even walked up and said hello and another 15 minutes before the person I had an appointment with came out. Then he asked what kind of vehicle I was interested in! Since they did not have the particular package/color in inventory, they couldn't help me. The recently ended "cash for clunkers" thing must have left this guy financially satisfied, because it seemed of no concern to him that he wouldn't make a sale. Also said the color I wanted couldn't be found anywhere in the area. Bye. So we left (financing check already in pocket), having wasted an hour of time. (Found one at a nearby dealer the same day, one at another nearby dealer the following day.) The Lisle Internet Sales guy we met with really didn't seem to give a rat's __s whether we bought a car there or not.
Not the best dealer. Dealer rings up brake service a two separate services and charges customers $30 more. When asked why they dont give you the all wheel brake service, they said "We weren't trained to do it separate." Wow!
Best dealer ever! I am so tired of the run around with all the auto dealers playing games. Especially with the internet. I solicited multiple quotes from many of the Honda dealers in the area and all I got was a big headache! All I got were prices that were super low but when I went into the dealerships they gave me the run around and added stuff on like accessories and pinstripes. One dealer even tried to get me to pay for destination $670, after they agreed that the destination was already in the pricing quote. Go figure! Honda of Lisle was the only dealership that was truthful to their word and everything was exactly the way the said it was going to be. I'll definetly deal with them exclusively in the future.
