Buyer!! I came looking to buy a Used 740.I experience the worst salesman in my life!!!!! Hi whose arrogant and obnoxious. He acted as if he was way too good to talk to me!.

I had never dealt with any dealership that is this rude and arrogant!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM BILL-JACOBS!!!

after bought a car I could not reach anybody for some paperwork that I needed. I tried for several days before I was able to speaking to some one. Useless people !!!

Current Customer. Stuck with this dealership because of the free maintenance program and free car wash. Had several different service reps for a couple of years now and all are darn arrogant and yes obnoxious too (just like the sales reps). It always feels like you are wasting their time! Been asking for an estimate twice already about installing an option - promise to get back but never happens. The free car wash is great if it is available. This is my first BMW and I am very happy with it. It is a great car except for some reliability concerns but I recommend taking your money to another BMW dealership.
