Clothes held ransom here. Honestly. This is a pre-pay place...only way you can drop clothes off. Tonight I went to try to retrieve items that were missing from the order my husband picked up last evening. I was yelled at, accused of being negligent for not picking up other items (that they had failed to previously return), laughed at , pointed at by the employees friends or relatives who decided to join in ganging up against me --and to top it all off told that I could not have any of the items (that they admitted were not initially tagged by them when dropped off--that's why they had been lost) until I PAID AGAIN...I am not kidding.
RUN--plenty of other dry cleaners within walking distance of this place. Maybe the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Previous owner was great--new management has taken it down.

I searched around for different dry cleaners to find the best price to have a comforter, shams, and blankets dry cleaned. This place did have the best price and promised me that my items would be done the next day. Well when I went there the next evening half my items were not finished as promised. So then I took a second trip there, two days later, only to find that one of my items had been damaged. The tassels on one of the blankets had been completely shredded causing severe damage to the blanket. I would maybe not have been so mad had I not carefully wrapped the tassels before bringing them in and informing them of my apprehensions about their holding up. When I simply asked for my money back on the service of the one damaged blanket they told me that they were not responsible for any damaged property. Now I know why they were so cheap and I feel like a fool for ever entrusting these people with my expensive property.
