She's the best! Friendly, easy going, explains what's happening. She always squeezed me in when there was an emergency. The wait time is minimal if even that. Suzanne is her assistant and she's very friendly and accommodating. I have recommended Dr. Joani to friends over the years and will continue to do so. They have a pleasant experience with her every time also. Works great with insurance too. Never had problems.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a down to earth and overall great dentist. She is like an artist when it comes to pulling teeth. I've had 3 fillings this year and have yet to have pain. You get to choose your own music while being services and the view of millenium park is to die for. She is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. Highly recommend. I've referred several people to her and they love her just the same.
