User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe Palm Experience: Awesome food, exactly what you would expect. The atmosphere is upbeat and classy. The service wasn't exactly up to my expectations on our last visit, but we continue to go back...great location if you are staying at The Swiss Hotel.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Real Deal: Having recently relocated from Dallas, I was quite pleased to find the same excellent food and service as the Dallas Palm, right here in Chicago. If you've never been for lunch, I highly recommend it. The value is unbeatable. My steak was absolutely perfect. My waiter, Dan, was very attentive, and even tracked me down steps from the adjacent Swissotel with my forgotten umbrella. I'll miss a lot about Texas, but not the Palm. And don't miss the Texas-sized slices of cake on the dessert menu.
