   At some point I have taken all my cars to this shop over the last 30 years and always received good, honest service. They have checked under a car and told me when they could not fix a type of problem. We risk losing this trusty gem of a service due to gentrification of their block, I'll miss them.

   I had a very bad experience with this place. My car was starting very sluggishly. They kept it for THREE DAYS and what they did to resolve the issue didn't even fix the problem! I don't want to bring it back there and complain because I don't want to lose my car for another three days. I think the staff is incompetant, the customer service is very poor, and they do not do things in a timely manner.

   I just called this store looking for a quote on a wheel alignment so a guy name charles answered the phone so I asked him for the price for a wheel alignment so he said they were closed and I said okay so you still can't give me the price of one considering the fact the price was right on the wall in back of him!!! This fool said no were closed!!! I mean what type of customer service is this!! I know that midas would hire anybody with alittle automotive know how but what harm would it have been for him to turn dround and look at the sign in back of him and gave me the price!!
