this club sucks they are not accommodating at all and they are very misleading if u ever call here to ask about whats going on there that night ur best bet is to go see for urself they will say its a nice crowd but when u get there all they're playing is spanish music which i like but give me some variety sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Transit has a really nice vibe and the club is very attractive, but it needs to tweek up some things. First, cover charge ($20 is ridiculous). Second, some drinks are outrageously priced ($10 Blue Muthaf*****! are you out of yo muthaf***** minf?). Security is cool, and they tell you collar shirts are cool as long as they are short or tucked in(f*** that). But this is what pissed me off, I booked a party almost a month in advance, and come the night of the party I'm told my guests can't have boots on, my time for my guests to arrive has changed, and males with braids are permitted. 3 words (eat a d***). Why would u let me book a party and I have braids? Tkae your chances. Pretty women though and good music tho.

The only good thing about Transit was the fact my friends were there. There are pretty women and men but mostly of college age. From the moment you drive up, the experience sucks! You wait in line to park in the club lot for $10 or chance parking on the street. If you park on the side street, you're greeted by a friendly street person of questionable character wanting to charge you to watch your car on a public street.

Then you stand in a long line and watch egotistical bouncers pull their friends out of line and escort them ahead of everyone else. $20 cover charge!? Did I mention the bouncer pats you down and runs a metal detector over you? Did TSA take over night club security? What the hec am I getting myself into? Oh, "check your coats ladies and gentlemen" and give the coat checks $4 for each jacket plus tip.

Ok so now I'm out $58 dollars to just walk through the door with my date. Oh, you want to sit at that private table reserved for your friend's Birthday party? You better keep buying booze or they ask you to leave. Ok, give me a bottle of Champaign. That will be $120 manager's price for cheap champagne.
The best deal we got there was bribing the bus boy. He brought us a second bottle under the table for $90. My buddies got a great deal from him on beers, 3 for $10. It left the waiter puzzled why our drinks were continually fresh. Ok, were now buzzed and I'm out $188 for the first round.

The music is good, the bartenders good and especially the bus boy. See that drunken girl in the corner hurling? The security staff is good at getting her out quickly and cleaning up the mess. Whoa, there's a fight. Don't worry, security is on it. They threw them out on the street where it continued and the police had to deal with it. It was stuffy and hot. Ventilation sucks at this place. Is Transit purposely doing this so you spend more on drinks?

In summary: Been there done that not going back and I recommend you do the same.
