An experience to remember (and tastes good too): Incredible (& pricey) "experience" restaurant. The food preparation and display is a lesson in chemistry and physics: for example, ginger was freeze dried in liquid nitrogen, causing smoke to come out of your mouth and nose upon eating it. Squid ink was painted onto a cube of bread. Bacon was mixed into a fruit juice combo drink. The amazing part was that everything actually tasted good! Very expensive (over $100 per person), so only if you believe the saying that "the experience will be remebered long after the price is forgotten".
Great fine dining experience, but $$$$$: I see why this place is very expensive, but the 10-course meal I enjoyed was well worth the money and experience for a poor man like me.
I also ran into an A-List celebrity here.
