User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was there for closing night in March of 2007. This was a must visit and eat each trip to Chicago! The food and service was 5 star. Not to mention the beautiful atmosphere.
I was thrilled to find out a family member had opened an establishment in the same location...To my disaapoinment, I had dinner there last night. The food was less the adequate! Service was below standard. The pork was cold and tough, the bread was not fresh and my glass was never refilled with beverage, bread basket was left empty. Shame on them for attching BErghoff name to this PLACE. I would not recommend dinner for 2, less than standard service and a tab for $70.00.
