Shark! Any one?: Yes sir.
From fine rice wines to seafood cuisine- PF Chang is the place to be.
This is a good spot to entertain guests or close that business deal. Bar on the first floor, dining area on the 2nd. Elegant. Downtown. The Shark has to be ordered a week in advance. Bring your wallet.
Great service. Fresh food.: It also helps that a good ol' co-worker of mine is a server there. The waitstaff's turn around for service was impeccable.
The food is fresh. If you are calorie conscious, then you will be glad to know that the serving are adequate.
Futhermore, the decor and ambience is very high class without the prices having to reflect that.
PF Changs: I made a long trip to this place and to be honest, it was only good, not great. The restaurant was nice, even though it was not alot of light. The appetizer was okay, but for the price I suggest going straight to the meal. the presentation was pleasant and the main course was good. But for those who may have high blood pressure, indicate for them to be light on the soy sauce. I had the Kung Pao and I am not a diabetic and don't want to be that way, but it was SO SALTY that I had to re-order. The chicken and fried rice was much better. the dessert was GREAT!! They have a fried banana treat that will knock you off your feet, and it is served with ice-cream. So, for the money (I spent $65) you can get a good meal from PFC.
