I don't really get all the hype. The wait was 30 minutes for a table which is understandable due to the popularity. They allowed us to order our pizza while we waited because the pizzas were a 45 minute wait. Kudos to them for the foresight. However when we got out food it was allready lukewarm. On top of that the airconditioning was up so high in the dining area I was shivering. Also, since the tables are so small you would think the waiting staff would clear plates when they see them stacked rather than having to ask for them to do so.
Plus I don't really think you can call a place "family friendly" if there is no way to change a baby in it. I know space is tight in the city but come on. Was it good pizza, yeah. Was it worth all the hastle, I don't really know about that one.

    The Pizza Sucks!
We just ate at Due's Pizza on 8/29/08, based upon all the good reviews. It was our 1st day in chicago
and it gave us a bad impression of the food in chicago. We ordered a small vegetrian pizza and garlic
bread. The waiter said it would take 30 minutes to make, but we got it within 15 minutes.
The crust was slighly burned and the inside crust was
RAW DOUGH, I told the waiter about it but he acted
like he did'nt know what I was talking about.
The Garlic bread tasted like old cardboard.
The restaurant itself is very old and not the cleanest, don't look in the kitchen it's very dirty.
I will never trust another review again!
obvious most of these reviewer's never had good pizza.Don't make the same mistake we did avoid this
    dump ,I wish I did!
Going to try Gino's east on superior next time we
    go to chicago,hopefully that's better.

This Pizza's a meal!: Due, spawned by its twin right around the corner, the famed Pizzeria Uno, offer some of the most satisfying eats in Chicago. Their thick pizzas mean that a medium will satisfy two people, and the price isn't bad considering. The flavours also mesh in that grand Chicago way that just makes sense for a place like this. The wait will be long and the table small, but the cozy, somewhat boisterous atmosphere make it a great place to hang out + have fun. It's also bar none the best of the Unos I have eaten in from a taste standpoint - the franchised joints just don't rate. Definitely one of the best places to eat out in Chicagoland!

Tip: if you're here when Sam Adams has its Winter Brew, it stands up well to a hearty Uno pizza!
