I went to Ruth's Chris in Atlanta and it was to die for. I was staying at the Embassy Suites and you could get Ruth's Chris as room service. I got the filet mignon and i'm telling you it was so tender i literally didn't have to use my knife at all. It just fell apart with the fork. (starting to drool thinking about it lol) I just found out there's a Ruth's Chris in Boston and I can't wait to go.
The reception is the worst and I have never heard this attitude. I was really frastrated on the phone call reservation because the girl does NOT know what the service is. The customer's qualification for restaurant is determined by only service satisfaction. Unfortunately however, your girl does NOT know about that and the education system for employees is so doubtful in this restaurant. Who can enjoy the food with the poorest reception ? We were here again last night and again we left happy! The calamari is too die for!!! The hubby had the filet Mignon (butterflied, medium well) the mashed potatoes w/melted chedder cheese. I had the barbeque shrimp. I was stuffed after only eating 3 shrimps and a few spoonfuls of potatoes. I love their wine selections also. I'm a frequent guest and I'll be back!!!
