    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't think they know what customer service means. They ignored me when I came into the dealership. Honda sent me to the Benz salespeople when I was looking for a Honda. They will tell you one thing over the phone, but when when you get there noone knows anything about your phone conversation.
    Have you ever heard of a salesperson that did not ask how much will you put down, will you be financing, how much can you afford for monthly payments, etc?

    BECAREFUL; DO NOT GO THERE!!

    They lied!!! I asked if they had a Spanish speaking sales representative when I called because I wanted my father to be comfortable and they said, “YES, WE DO” I made the appointment but when we got there they brought someone from another department which he had no experience and since I can translate myself I told them that it was not necessary to have him with us.

    I drove the car and the price they gave me was higher than other places so I told them that I liked the car but that I was going to get it with a different dealer. We were driving to the other location when the sales rep called offering the same price but with navigation system. I asker twice if the price was for the car with or without the navigation system, she told me that it included the navigation system so we went back.

    I signed the documents and when I got in the car I noticed that it did not have the navigation system. I was so shocked that I stared to cry, my father had already left and since it was my first purchase I was so scared. They sent me back to the office and told me that it was my fault for not checking. They wanted to charge extra fees to get me the car with the navigation system, the manager was so rude and no one apologize. I asked them to cancel everything but then they agreed to give me the same price as the other dealer so I took the car.(big mistake)

    The finance department offered and ok interest rate but he also lied to me. He gave me the name of the bank that supposedly had approved my loan but three days later I had 2-3 banks calling asking if I had applied for a loan with them(they were contacting me because I never told the dealer that I had done a credit alert). When I called the finance department to ask for clarification they told me that they wanted to help me to get a better interest rate since I had had an inconvenience with them, so I said, “ohh how nice of you, does that mean that you will bring down my interest rate?” but they said that they could not change that anymore!!!. I was so mad because they did not send my information to just one bank as I was told instead, they were looking to get a better interest rate for themselves. I end up with another bank but with the same interest rate.

    What it bother me the most was their cheap excuse “miscommunication along with a language barrier” I have no respect for companies that take advantage of minorities. I got my Civic Hybrid but I will never go back to this place.

    me too, horrible customer service.
    they dont take the time to please the costumer.
    they act like we are bothering them.......
    i called to get a quote on my audi and was told to fax the question.
    stay away from this place, it will make sick.
