User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe stony island motel is a clean motel. The cleaning crew really work hard to keep the rooms looking and smelling nice. I come there often to relax, and the area is safe sometime I leave there for work at 6 and I have nothing to worry about. Thank you

This motel is very clean and safe. I've been going here for a couple of years for weekend getaways. I was disappointed to find out that front desk night person had cheated my husband. We went on a weekend like always and she charged him additonal $20. We thought maybe the prices went up so the following weekend went and it was the regular price again. I ask the young lady at the front desk why this happen she said I must have made a mistake. After this the young lady called my room to say it was check-out time when i had a overnight stay. That killed the whole relaxing mood! I send alot of business to this motel and was disappointed with this. Outside of those bad experiences, I want to let the owner know that his clean crew is doing a wonderful job and they're very helpful. I also want to make the owner aware of the problems I'v had. My husband had spoken with you before and you told him to make you aware of any problems. I only have one suggestion that would be to check on your night front desk person.
