User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFirst Time Was the Charm: Franco's is a delightful restaurant that we have somehow missed in our travels through Chicago eateries. The service was homey and second to none, great wine and drinks menu, food was fabulous (the risotto was out of this world) and the prices were hard to beat. This is a great place to eat before a White Sox game, but it's also worth the trip "just because!"
