Great if you like beer: Went there today with a friend for the second time. Prices are a little steep for what food they have. Could get better prices downtown (gasp). I had the vegetable chili and was pleasantly surprised. I only had a cup, but would return for a bowl. It's hearty and spicy, but not too hot.

Greatest Brew Pub to Visit in Chicago: We really miss our regular trips to Goose Island Brewery on Clybourn in Chicago. It was our favorite place to go and take our friends. Great variety of freshly brewed beers, with new ones introduced every week. Great pub food at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff who remember you. And one of the perks is their free parking, a real scarcity today in Chicago. We can't wait until we can find a store to buy their bottles beers in Arizona, now that we are here.

Da Chicago Beers: Gotta love it. Don't know if there are other brewries in Chicago, but this one's the most renowned. It's a young singles scene, an upscale Lincoln Park/Old Town kind of crowd. But if you enjoy beer and are open to sampling the new and the fresh, Goose Island is for you.
