This place has repeatedly disappointed my friends and I. We are looking for a place to "call our own" in this area and alas, this is NOT it. The service is always slow and no one seems to know what they are doing. The good is okay, but it doesn't override the horrible service. I've gone here several times and these people have cats fighting in the background, forget our drinks, and it seems the owners don't have control of their children as the are literally running around and even playing with the outdoor fire place! There is some manager there who has a hot temper and we've seen him snap at a few customers. In addition, we've called to reserve for larger parties and they promise everything, but when you get there they are rude and inflexible. Obviously no one there learned anything about customer service or how to treat them. I've given up on this place, I'm going elsewhere.

This place LOOKs nice and the adverstisments LOOK appealing, but it is far from it. The service is some the worse I have ever had. We have gone here for dinner and have planned larger events and every time they are unorganized, forget orders, take forever to bring out your food, and are not flexible. We have even made reservations ahead of time and made specific arrangments for our billing with a manager. When we got to the actual party, not only did they not "remember" but the waitress got her manger who came out and began yelling at our party in front of everyone about how it was unfair to have seperate bills for everyone and that it wasn't going to "fly". Not only were were angered, but it ruined the mood for our party. Do NOT make the mistake of giving them your buisness or planning your event here. These people are unorganized, don't know what they are doing, highly unprofessional, and it is a far cry from the great bars/pubs in Roscoe Villiage or raveneswood. We've given them several visits to see if it was just one instance and it isn't...which is probably why they weren't busy on a Friday night.

Great service ~ friendly staff: and awesome bartender.
We've had several 'retirement' parties in the 'back room'. Always! Always!...a wonderful time with professional service. Thank you! We will be back!!
