   Nice staff, but they did not instill me with confidence. They didn't know how to start my car (it has a push button start), and also had difficulty finding the air filter. I really think they lacked knowledge on a variety of cars.

   Great place to get your car service! Staff was very professional,reliable and polite. You can actually watch the worker , work on your vehicle. They took their time and did a great job. I didn't have to worry about spilling oil or chemical on the inside of my suv. My car runs much better, I will be back and send my family member there. Great team work also, not a bunch of silly young unprofessional workers either. They were young but focus.Animal friendly business to, while your vehicle is being service to. When you have a problem, the staff takes time to listen and handle it to. Sales member won't try to sell you product you really don't need.

   EXCELLENT SERVICE: The people there at Jiffy Lube where very courteous and professional.
   The service was a little tardy but full and complete.
   It is too bad you can't get that same treatment anywhere else; it is pretty
   rare. Keep up the good work!!!!
