| About: | This "alternative" club is housed in a bleak-looking warehouse, with a bleak interior that matches quite well with the outside. The dark interior features a guillotine and music that no one outside of Crobar's domain will hear on the radio for at least a year. The music played is progressive and fresh, but it is extremely difficult to get in to listen to it. More than half the people who show up are turned away at the door, unless you happen to be gay and have brought your lover along with you. Straight people are welcome, just don't show up dressed in khakis. |

User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI went here once and it was a great time. I agree that it was too expensive and I know that most of the staff are jerks. Besides that it was fun, the music was ok. Half the people there were on drugs, either psychedellic or coke, and it was obvious, but hilarious at the same time. I hear it's a big place for druggies. I suppose I would reccommed this place if your loaded, just don't go to KC Marran's (chicago) or Woodhollow (schererville in) those are by far THE WORSTTTT!!!! lol

One word "horrible". Every city girl knows about these dirty dog trick. My advice to u is, and this is something myself and all my friends do, if one of us wants to dance then one chick babysits the others' drink. And, or, do shots! shots r quick, or chug ur drink down the second u get it. (it's mostly ice anyway) & the desperate motherf;',=&* wont even stand a chance to drug up the drink. I'm in my mid 30's and love to shake my thang, but I'm always ALERT.

This place was the WORST ever. I was drugged and brought upstairs to the VIP room against my knowledge...because I was so freckin drugged up.By the time I got my sense's somewhat back I tried running out of there, with this Big Black guy coming after me. I asked for assistance, but no bar tender or anyone would help. Its a place that the Nasty Horny Pigs go because they can't get it anywhere else and for some reason, It's like every worker there knows whats going on, yet they turn their backs. This same evening 2 other female friends I was with, something simular had happend to them also. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
