I ordered a stone counter top and gave Stone City the requested drawings and specification sheets for the sinks and fixtures that were to be installed in the counter top. Not only did they disregard the spec sheets which resulted in the wrong sized holes being cut into my counter, but they out right refused to work with me to resolve the issue. I wasn't asking for a new countertop but for assistance in purchasing new larger sinks to accomodate the wrong sized holes. The total cost to them would have been less than $250. My contractor was smart enough to offer to pay for the additional expense just to get the job done and keep me satisfied.
I would strongly recommend that you go anywhere but Stone City if you want reasonable assurance that your job will get done correctly.-

The sales people - untrained and stupid! They totally ripped me off by sending the wrong piece of marble and then refused to send another one or refund my money. This was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Nothing but compliments about the entire experience. My new granite countertops were ordered, measured, cut, delivered and installed, all within less than 2 weeks. At a very reasonable price! (I know since I shopped and compared 2 other vendors) All was as quoted - no add-ons - and everyone I dealt with at each step was pleasant & professional.
