User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOld-timer pool hall but very run down...: This is a classic Chicago pool hall with Hollywood fame thanks to at least two movies shot here (many years ago) but it is definitely showing its age and lack of interest by its owners. It would appear that they haven't done anything substantial to improve or for that matter maintain the place in many, many years.
The main advantage of Chris's is that it is VERY large (41 tables) and has 3 separate rooms. It is also for very serious pool players (main room), less serious players (back room) or just kids playing slop (side room).
Average age is 40-ish.
