User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI purchase my vehicle from them back in January and I was very pleased with my experaince with them. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the paper work was ready and so was the car! --- very smooth purchase indeed. *Oh, and they filled up my gas tank in my new truck - I LOVED THAT!! and my TRUCK!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have had many issues with Howard Orloff's Service Department. They have a bad attitude and provide outrageous quotes. In the past, I have spent $1,500 to have my brakes repaired and when I asked for the parts...they said they would leave them in my trunk. I looked in the trunk when I got home and NO PARTS. Obviously I called them right back and they did not call me back right away. A day later they said the parts were accidentally thrown away. Nice, huh. I will not be going back and I will never buy a vehicle from this place.

I apparently the only satisfied Howard Orloff customer. I have a 2002 Range Rover that I've taken to Orloff for service. While I admit, they are not always the best about communicating, they have performed quality service on my truck and suprisingly, the cost has not broken the bank. Also, they offer a courtesy shuttle from and to the dealership to anywhere in the metro area.
