    It was a great car buying experience. They listen to you and help you get exactly what you would like. The cars are beautiful and after you have the car for about a week they call you to be sure everything is going well. And if any kind of problem comes up you can call them and they help you work it out. Every single person I dealt with was friendly and helpful and listened to you. Most of my experience was with Phil and Manny they are the best.

    I received horrible customer service at Grossinger City Toyota and since I am a woman, I got duped into spending over $ 400 in service I didn't need at the time. I was very wary in going back to the dealer for service. I chose to go to Midtown Toyota on Cicero and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided. Mr. Tom Hansen and his staff will go out of their way to get the job done and make sure the customer is content!!!!!
