I went to this dealership after seeing all the wonderful deals they had on their website. But when I got there boy was I in for a shock they are most unprofessional salesmen I have ever seen. There was a young girl there wanting to purchase two vehicles and had the money for a down payment. They so called approved her for the more expensive new one but denied for the less expensive older one. When she inquired as to why that was the salesman began to belittle and talk across the to me a perfect stranger as to how bad her credit is and how she should be happy with whatever she could get. He then called over his sales manager to speak to the young lady who was close top tears. He totally disregarded her and went on this long winded story about the glory of god which had nothing to do with this young lady buying this car. On the other side my salesmen (because I had two which was pretty weird) went through the dealership dancing and saying " I hit a Lick"which pretty much means I found a sucker with money I was so outraged with this salesman and the other on that had this poor girl in tears. They came back with an outrageous down payment offer so I shook both of the salesman hands and said you have a nice day. Moral of this tale is STAY AWAY FOR THE CAR DEALERS ON WESTERN AVENUE IN CHICAGO ILL. THEY THE MOST UNDERHANDED, SWINDLING , BUNCH OF LOSERS EVER...... THE BEST PLACE TO GET A CAR FROM IS ANYWHERE OTHER THAN WESTERN AVE. AKA SHYSTERS ROW

you won't leave unhappy: i thought i was in for another disapointment but not the case with these guy's.I didn't leave with what i wanted but i did leave driving a brand new car,and my credit isn't exactly ok.the sales men are just a pleasure to be around and don't have that "buy something or get out" attitude all the other dealerships have.They will actually try to do everything they can to make sure you drive home,no promises,but they will try.I know you won't leave unhappy

Work if youre credit aint good: Enjoyed the sales and the inventory. but dont take it back their for repairs, but eventially theyll fix it after 5 or 6 trips
