Sales rep that came to our house was pushy and said he wouldn't leave till we bought that night. I thought I was going to have to call the police. He wouldn't let us talk, wouldnt answer questions, and knew nothing about the windows. When I asked how the windows would look from the inside and outside of the home he said. "they will be white and look nice". It was a huge waste of time. Evergreen Windows gave us great pricing on better windows with the color options we actually wanted. Plus the Evergreen rep wasnt a sleezy pushy salesman. Very disappointed with Feldco for sending such a shady man into my home.
When I purchased replacement windows for the apartment building I own, I upgraded to the better window since these carry a "lifetime" guerantee for "free" replacement in the event that it breaks or doesn't work properly. What the sales person never mentions is that yes the window is free, but the labor in not. I have had to have several windows replaced and each time, the travel time was $49, and labor was $75 an hour. I now have to replace another window, and sometimes believe it is cheaper to get a new replacement (from another company) than have Feldco do the "free" replacement.

I purchased 52 windows from Feldco, and was told after 8 years of servicing my windows which were poorly installed from the beginning, that they would no longer service my windows under the agreed upon contract because Feldco claims they purchased the assets of the company in 2000. This company is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I wonder how many other people they are in breach of contract with. They are in deed responsible for the contracts prior to the purchase date by successor liability laws. Spread the word I smell a class action suit
