No really, STAY AWAY. Took my Civic for minor repair and maintenance inspection. Told that they did not have the part and it would take a day, someone would call when it was ready. Fine enough. Two days, no call. When I contacted them to find out what was going on, everything went downhill No one could tell me. Had to wait another day to talk with the manager. Then things get outrageously nasty. I've never been spoken to so brutishly and disrespectfully. He actually asked me who I thought I was and that he didn't like how I was talking to him. Strange that my car was "ready to go" right after and a week later now I can't get it started. Clearly gender discriminatory. Shady and dirty.
Bad Customer Service: I have recently bought a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V from this dealership. The next day I found a small crack on the windshield. I took an appointment and brouhgt my car to the dealership to fix the crack. They wasted five hours of my time, told me to come next week, and lied to me about various thing. When I got fed up and threatened to talk to a manager, all the problems were resolved and they were able to magically fix my car.
Stay away: Had to take my Honda in for a warranteed recall repair. Scheduled service 2 weeks in advance. Made me wait over 4 hrs with a bored 4 year old and then told me with no apology "We don't have the part." This happened 3 more times for a total of over 12 hours waiting and the work still not done. Finally after (intentionally) doing a theatrical imitation of going postal a very nice young man named Mike went upstairs to the shop and had it done in 20 minutes. Except for Mike no one ever apologized for the inconvenience, phoned me about delays...I gave them my phone number more than once and their computer record was a gibberish string. They are surly, incompetent and dishonest. Stay away.
