I first hired Perri Aire Inc. to service our furnace for an annual cleaning and maintenance. The owner, Perry, impressed me very much with his knowledge and expertise. I found his ability to observe and evaluate our furnace needs while providing multiple solutions for our furnace problem to be top notch. Since then I've hired Perri Aire Inc. to perform an annual service on our air conditioning unit for not only my unit but for multiple units in our condo building - 2 years in a row. Perri Aire Inc. has done a fantastic job every time! Oscar is very friendly and is super easy to work with. The customer service received from Perry and Oscar just cannot be beat - friendly, appreciative and very accommodating to their customers. They designed and built the system over a few months in the summer. They did all of our heating/AC maintenance for years, along with miscellaneous repairs at a reasonable cost, considering his expertise. Their integrity and careful work are unquestionably their trademarks.
